Notice of Public Hearing for the 2026 – 2027 Community Action Plan When: Friday, May 16th at 4 pm at the Northeast Community Center Address: 2885 E. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95205 San Joaquin County has drafted our bi-annual Community Action Plan (CAP). The Draft CAP includes information about our community’s population, service needs, and community plans aligned with the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) grants. This plan is required to be completed every other year by the state as part of the CSBG grants. In posting this draft Plan, we will also be opening a 30-day public comment period which will open on April 16, 2025, and close on Friday, May 16, 2025.
